Garmin 310xt upload issues

Hi there,

I have experienced issues connecting my Garmin 310xt to both ANT & Garmin Express. I've uninstalled and re installed but nothing seems to work. Turned pairing on and off too.

Garmin express will not recognise the device. It has been intermittently working for the last few weeks.

Any suggestions on what to do or try next.

If Garmin Express doesn't find the device I would suggest ensuring that there are no other wireless devices around and trying again. You can also try to master reset the device to see if it will be found after that:

If none of that works I would suggest contacting support.
