Error during update installation with 310tx

Hi all.
I've a 310tx and Garmin Express notified that are available 6 new update.
Trying the synchronization, the process failed.
The activities are synchronized, but not the Update (in this case 6 update: see attachment CATTURA2.jpg)

In attachment CATTURA.jpg the message error (TRANSLATED FROM ITALIAN: "An error occured during the Garmin Connect Synchronization).

Can someone help me?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your 310XT. I would first recommend following the instructions in the FAQ:
    What can I try when my ANT Fitness device will not sync with Garmin Express?

    If you are still having trouble, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
