Garmin 210 can't sync with Garmin Express

the Garmin 210 is connected (after many tries), then it says it is syncing to not unplug, but does nothing. No error message, no nothing. I let it sit overnight, thinking I needed to be patient. However, still nothing. Thank you.

Working better now after updating Garmin Express

The sync is working better now that I have updated Garmin Express.
