Garmin Express unable to add Edge 510 (Asia)

Each time I try adding my Edge 510 to update and sync with Garmin Connect, Express recognizes my Edge 510, however, does not adds it. Message stating "We're unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time".

I use windows 8 professional 32 bit. 3 gb Ram and system meets all the requirement. Using home connection 150Mbps broadband; windows firewall turned off, anti virus software deleted in an attempt to add it as per instructions over email from Garmin customer support, yet no avail.
