Garmin Express does not see Forerunner 110

Hi

Have Garmin Express ver. 4.x it does not see my forerunner 110. I have restarted the computer, the computer sees the 110 and I can see the files on the watch... any idea's?

Have you tried all the troubleshooting in our FAQ Why is my Garmin mass storage or MTP device not communicating with Garmin Windows applications?

Since the computer detects the device, you can skip past the first part of the article dealing with computer detection.

If you continue to experience problems, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
