How do I retrieve lost workouts?

Garmin's awful sync application works every now and then. When it doesn't work it won't sync to the cloud. When it works later the previous workout doesn't transfer, and only the latest workout shows up.

How do I get my workouts back Garmin?
And do you have any plans on making this awful sync app work properly? (Or are you just going to keep locking and deleting threads?)
  • What device are you talking about? The answer is different depending on your answer.

    It is possible that those activities were marked as sent on the previous attempt. Try to force send the history on the device. With the exception of the 610, the force send will send all history on the device. If you do not have the 610, I recommend deleting any history on the device that is already uploaded to Connect before transferring all the activities. If your device is a mass-storage device, you can upload the activities manually. Here are links to our FAQs on how to do so:
