Garmin Express Map install error (4.0.19)

I've owned and updated CNNA maps to my PC and Montana many times since 2011. With latest 4.0.19 update, I keep receiving "...error installing update" red ribbon after step 2 and elevated download kicks off. Doesn't appear install even starts the download. No error details are provided so blind...

I've removed the device from GE, rebooted and re-added, and re-registered a couple times with same error...Device is registered on mygarmin with lifetime updates. Used same email address as mygarmin for the re-registeration on GE.

That isn't the latest version. Try updating Express then delete and re-add your GPS to Express and see what happens.

Thanks for picking that out Sussamb. I had just performed a GE update prior to the monkey business so "assumed" v4.0.19 was latest. In any case, ran GE update check again and this time express.exe shows v4.1.3. Appears map Download is back in business.
