Very frustrated . . . old 305 with the sync block had enough issues . . . but using Garmin Express is total rubbish. Why is there no SYNC BUTTON in Garmin Express. Tired of waiting for it to decide to sync.
I am sorry for the frustrations. Be sure to use the Lap/Reset button on the 310XT at the end of each activity, after stopping the clock. Please see the FAQ articles below for suggestions on sync issues.
