Can't find Europe update for nuvi 1370t

I bought a nuvi 1370t several years ago, preloaded with maps for North America and Europe. I also bought lifetime map updates for my 1370.

When I connect my 1370 to my PC, both Garmin Express and Garmin MapUpdater only show the North America map updates. I can successfully download and update my North America maps, but there is no mention of Europe maps.

How do I get the map update for Europe as well as the North America update?

Did you buy lifetime updates for both maps?

Yes, I bought the update for both maps. Below is the copy-paste from my order confirmation.

Then your best bet is to contact Garmin and ask them as your account may need checking. I'll move this thread to the Express forum as the Garmin team there may be able to help.

I had a reply from Garmin Product Support, saying that my download had not been activated. I poked around a while more on their website and Garmin Express, and somehow got things to work.
