Is there a way to download "UK British Daniel Voice" on Garmin 2589LMT?

I used to have a Garmin 2450LM which had UK British Daniels Voice as one of the options. I noticed that the newer garmins don't have his voice so my question is, if I purchase a 2589LMT, could I somehow install British Daniels Voice? I have a 2455LMT and I am unable to install British Daniels Voice since it keeps showing a connection error to the USB when I download it from the Garmin website.

Express gives you the option to add any available voices, you just need to select the English ones. Daniel is included for my 2508 so should be available for a 2589
