Strange. Perhaps that version is not synced to all their servers yet because i tried redownload and its still 4.0.24.0, and in app update says no updates available.
That being said, the issue has been found on both Mac and PC. If the computer is set to certain language regions, it may prevent Garmin Express from communicating properly with the server and give the compatibility error. Our developers are working to resolve this issue. As a temporary workaround, change the language used on the computer to English or another format and try to add the device again.
