Edge 810 - "This device is not compatible with Garmin Express"

What a totally nasty thing!! I'm having brand new Edge 810 and after 2 days it stopped working with Express. WebUpdater works. USB cables are OK. Same result on all computers I have tried. I am running 3.6 firmware.

My idea is that this is somehow associated with the records, which Express is saving whether on HDD or on Garmin servers.

Anybody solved this issue?

    I also confirm that changing Region format to English (United States) solved the problem with "Device is not compatible with Garmin Express"

    Instructions as previously posted:
    1- Uninstall Garmin Express from Windows
    2- Change Regional Format to English
    3- Restart Windows
    4- Install Garmin Express

    Once again thx to Garmin I spent another hour troubleshooting instead of being with the family, training or working
