Garmin servers almost down for a week.this has happen again.i cant upload my runs because i cant sign in.its says re authentication required tried to sign in it says servers are down everyday.why cant garmin fix this annoying issue.why do i have to keep deleting this and that and downloading garmin express.watch is good but the system always has problems.this on going and garmin doesnt seem to want to work on a permanent fix. this is maybe the fourth time i had post about this situation.
The Re-Authentication Required error is due to corrupted files in the Sync folder on the computer. Use our FAQ How do I remove FIT files that fail to sync in Garmin Express from my computer? to either delete those files or cut/paste the folder to the Desktop in you want to save any of the data.
After the Sync folder is removed, reboot the computer and try to sync again. If the files have already been marked as sent on the device and it is an ANT Fitness device, you may need to resend the history:

If the device is a USB/Mass Storage device, the activities can be uploaded manually:

If you continue to experience sync failures, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
After posting that resolution, I remembered that the current version of Garmin Express, 4.0.25, resolves this issue. Try updating Garmin Express and you may not have to remove the Sync folder at all. You can download the current version here:
i was still having the same problem so i uninstalled the program.now its finding the watch but its saying were unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time.
