Garmin Staff,
I have a nuvi 3590 LMT.
I used Garmin Express to download the CN Europe 2016.1 map on to my device.
This download went fine.
I also downloaded this map to my PC.
However, when I open Basecamp, the 2016.1 map on the computer appears
as LOCKED. In addition, two older maps which I also have on the computer
now appear as LOCKED. This is strange and has not happened before.
Basecamp prompts me to unlock the map online.
However, this online unlock step looks at the map on the nuvi, which
is already unlocked.
So, I cannot get Basecamp to use the 2016.1 map that is on my computer.
Question:

Is there a known problem with the 2016.1 map?
If so, will Garmin re-release it?
