Garmin Express won't transfer courses to my Forerunner 410... There was an error ....

A red message 'there was an error syncing with Garmin Connect' appears after a while.

My activities are transferred fine. My courses that I have created manually in Garmin Connect won't transfer to my Forerunner 410.

It even says on my watch that the transfer was completed but there is no progress bar like the one I see when I transfer an activity.

Am I doing something wrong? all the latest firmware and software installation here. I did a master reset on my watch also. I also removed my device from Garmin Express
and reinstall it.

Same problem goes on and on...

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

I am sorry for the troubles. There is a known issue with the Forerunner 410 receiving Courses from Garmin Connect. The Garmin Connect team is aware of the issue and working on a resolution. At this time there is no work around for sending Courses to the device.

Same issue

I'm having the same problem. I have been emailing support and getting canned responses. They didn't tell me it was a known issue!

This feature is one of the main reasons I bought this model.

Will we be notified when there is a fix?

I am sorry for the troubles. We do not have an official ETA but the Connect Team is hoping to including this fix in the next update to Garmin Connect.

That was 6 years ago, I'm have the trouble in May of 2021 everything is up to date. It has been syncing fine for the past few days.
