Express 4.0.24.0 not updating golf scorecards from Approach G5

Hi,

Since updated to Express 4.0.24.0, I'm not able to upload golf scorecards from Approach G5.
I tried adding/removing the device from Express, deleting and create again the golf tab on Connect, etc. I can't figure out why my scorecards aren't appearing online.

This is the same behaviour as thread https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?228305-Garmin-Express-v4-xx-not-updating-golf-scorecards-from-Approach-G5 opened by me.

If I go to F:\Garmin\Scorecards\, the XML file contains the score.

How can I solve this again?

    We have not had any reports of this since the 4.0.14.0 release of Garmin Express resolved this issue. Try removing the Approach G5 from both Garmin Express and Garmin Connect (How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express?) then add it back and try to sync the scorecards again.

    If the scorecards continue to fail to appear on Garmin Connect, contact Product Support for further assistance.

  • Hi, tried the remove/add and still not working. Now Garmin Express shows this message for the last scorecard. Maybe something with the express sw, 'cause I didn't upgrade the garmin device.
    Any ideas to solve this?

    UPDATE: 22-June, I see the error on the image attached every time I try to sync ApproachG5, but the scorecard's uploaded

    That scorecard is corrupted and is unable to be uploaded. That is why Garmin Express is prompting you to remove it as an invalid file. Here is our FAQ on removing scorecards: How do I delete the Approach's scorecards?

    If you are unable to delete the scorecard, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
