Garmin express sync with 610 but fails to load to garmin connect

I have had problems with syncing my 610 for the last 2 weeks
the error on home computer is re-authorisation required but my garmin swim has no problems syncing & my 810 is fine as well
I have been through most of the solutions - reinstalling software deleting & reinstalling the device
today I installed garmin express on a different computer it says it had sync the 610 but nothing on garmin connect
so the problem appears to be with garmin express
I would appreciate any advice:

The re-authentication issue is typically due to corrupted data in the Sync folder on the computer. For ANT Fitness devices like the Forerunner 610, activities are sent to the Sync folder on the computer before upload to Garmin Connect. When corrupted activities are in this folder, a prompt to re-authenticate your account will be received. Deleting the Sync folder on the computer usually resolves this. Since the activity has already been marked as sent on the Forerunner 610, when Garmin Express synced the device on the new computer, there was no data to be sent. Try a force send of your activity from the Forerunner 610 on the new computer and see if it will upload. If it fails, that activity is corrupted. Here are our FAQs that will assist you with the force send and locating the Sync folder on the computer so it can be deleted and resolve the re-authentication prompt.

How can I resend my history from my wireless watch to my computer?

Where do my activities go on the computer before they are uploaded to Garmin Connect?
