Can't identify against Garmin server

Hi,

I saw on the Garmin website I could update my 910XT firmware from 3.0 to 3.2. I decided to do so. First of all, I had to download Garmin express and install it on my windows 7 64bits. I took the latest version.
Installation went fine and when came time to login : "impossible to reach the Garmin server" message. I tried several time, I'm connected with network cable to classic dsl home router, no firewall not anti-virus on my PC, just a few application, I'm using mainly this pc for Garmin sync.
I also tried to install Garmin express from another admin account : not better...
I would to rollback the installation and use Ant+ agent, it worked!

Any advices to fix this issue?

Thanks

Typically the error communicating with Garmin Servers is resolved using our FAQ What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?

If after following the troubleshooting you are still receiving the error, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.

Garmin Express was working fine. Then it updated itself to version 4 and stopped working. I uninstalled version 4 and reinstalled version 3 and it still doesn't work. I went to down load the latest version and the web site told me that my Windows Vista was unsupported. I had to manually download the windows version. I went back and forth between the versions multiple times and it still doesn't work. I uninstalled and then manually removed all the files as suggested in this fourm. Now when it finds the device it won't get passed the place where it has to contact the Garmin servers. The FAQ doesn't help. I have checked the time. It is correct. The time zone is set to Arizona Standard time and is correct. The Internet is working fine.

Needless to say I can't connect to your servers at this time because they are unavailable.

If you're going to make me have to update my software to use your product, make sure stuff works on your end first, ok?

I am sorry for the troubles. Sometimes simply removing the device from Express and Connect then pairing again should resolve most sync issues. Please see the FAQ page if your web browser is not able to open the link. The error is a local JavaScript error in the browser, clearing your web browser cache should resolve it.

The FAQ page allows you to search by the title of the FAQ.

What can I try when my ANT Fitness device will not sync with Garmin Express?

If you continue to have troubles please contact Garmin Product Support by phone so it can be more thoroughly investigated. Again, I am sorry for the troubles.

The device isn't "connected" to Garmin Express, because every time I try to log in to pair the device I'm getting the "unable to connect to our servers" message.

    No activities saved.

There is not one solution for the Server Error message. Please try the suggestions in the FAQ: What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express? If your web browser cannot open the link you can search the Garmin Product Support FAQ page for the title. Link to the FAQ page is in the post above. If you continue to have trouble my only other suggestion would be to Master Reset the Forerunner 405 then try again. Otherwise please contact use by phone so the issue can be thoroughly investigated.

How do I master reset my Forerunner 410, 405CX or 405?
