Offline download and sync later ?

Hello

I have a foreuuner 310 XT. On some occasion I need to download my data to free up memory while I do not have an Internet connection.

Express does not allow to download first and upload manually later, to my knowledge.

How can I do that ? It is highly needed, typically when trekking/running in remote areas...

Would be nice if the solution (if any) could be shared. I'm on a Mac BTW, just found this thread searching for "offline".
