I want to register formally that the activity sync for my Garmin 310XT is broken.
I went through the support pages using INTERNET EXPLORER 11 on Windows 7 PC.

I selected Desktop and Web Applications/Garmin Express/Garmin Express Install,Usage
then entered 310XT not uploading in the keywords box and click continue

I enter serial number, a description and my contact details and click continue.
https://support.garmin.com/support/sw/complete
returns message "Please select a specific device or Garmin software or Other products on previous page."
This means I am NOT able to report support issues with Garmin Express....
