Since I'm not able to report a problem with Garmin Express via the support pages as they are also broken. Here is a description of my problem
Activities created in the last 2-days not uploading. Ant stick shows as active; software for device at 4.5(latest); Garmin Express 4.0.23.0(latest); have followed process https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/simpleCase.htm?caseId=%7B600f3dd0-3e6a-11dd-d7af-000000000000%7D including creating test activity suggested and nothing updates.
