Garmin Express 'This May Take A Minute'

So I decided to purchase a Garmin Forerunner 110. Having not being able to install Garmin Connect on either my Windows 8 laptop or Iphone, I am now trying to do it on my work laptop.

I have downloaded Garmin Express, my device has been recognised but when I go to sign in on the Garmin Express file it just says 'This May Take A Few Minutes' and this stays there for hours.

Can anyone help me with this? Garmin are not making my life easy at the moment......

Have you checked the date/time/timezone on the computer? If you do not have any corporate security running, I would suggest contacting support. If you do, I would suggest trying again at home, and contacting support if you continue to have problems.
