When trying to update my Nuvi 1390 in Garmin Express I get an error message "Sorry, we're having a problem with communicating with our servers". I've reset the time & time zone, confirmed the LAN settings and turned off the firewall (per the Garmin support page), with no luck. I also tried updating Garmin Express and removing/re-adding the device, no help either. Reading these posts, it appears deleting my Garmin account and creating a new one might work. However, I purchased lifetime maps and I'm not sure if it will be lost if I delete my account. Does anyone know? Are there any other suggestions to fix this?
