If you simply deleted everything from the internal memory then the Nuvi will automatically recreate a Garmin folder and a GarminDevice.xml file inside the folder upon start up. This is basically all you need to reinstall the maps and languages from Express. Please see the FAQs below to reinstall the maps and possibly restore a backup of your Favorites (must have performed a backup previously). The Language files can be found in Garmin Express under the Device / Tools / Optional Updates section.

You will not have the worldwide basemap so in areas not covered by the City Navigator Europe NT mapping there will be no map data. Contacting Garmin Support by phone is recommended if you would like to replace the basemap.
