Data not uploading even though garmin express says it has synced.

I am having trouble uploading the data from my most recent runs from my 310xt. It has been working fine, but tonight I've tried to upload the data and although garmin express says its synced nothing is coming across to garmin connect, or mapmyrun, which I have linked. I've uploaded my hubby's data from his watch fine, no dramas. Any ideas?

    Same to me, I have a 910X, and for the last 2 weeks, I have lost my workouts when do the Sync with Garmin Express. It appears that the Sync is complete, but workouts are not on my GarminConnect and ether on my Garmin 910, since they have been deleted, once the sync is completed.

    I am sorry that you are having trouble uploading your activities to Garmin Connect. Please make sure Garmin Express is up to date as there was an issue that was resolved with a recent version that specifically affected the 310XT. Once you have done this, try resending all of the activities on the watch and sync again.

    If this does not solve the problem, it would be best to contact support by phone.

    You can also try to resend all activities but if it is no longer on the watch, it will not send. Garmin Express should not delete any files off of the watch if you are on the latest version.
