Ever since the new version of Garmin Express appeared I have had trouble syncing. Mostly the 310XT transfers data to the PC using the ANT device (at least it displays a message "transferring data") but the activities don't appear in Garmin Connect. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Garmin Express and that worked for a bit (even though some activities have been lost). It has now stopped for a fortnight. Garmin express displays a message saying that it has synced. I tried to do a new uninstall and re-install but when I try and uninstall I get a message "no action was taken as a system reboot is required" even after I have closed and re-started the PC. I have tried to communicated with garmin support and although I get confirmation they have received the email and the website tells me someone will get back to me within 3 business days, I have had no response after a month. Any ideas?
I am sorry for the troubles. If you are having troubles with the standard uninstall please contact Garmin Support by phone. Uninstall problems of this sort cannot be properly investigated via this forum or via email.
