sync problems again

this my second time going thru and nothing is working.garmin needs to get it together.i have 610 for 4mths now.express is telling me i have to sign back in again to re authentication.try to sign in again and it keeps saying server is down.this is frustrating for the amount of money we spend buying the watches things like this should be taking care and not keep happening.this garmin express is unreliable.i know nothing is happen because i complained about it before and it still seems like garmin cant resolve this problem.who wants to spend all day the computer deleting this and redoing that.sorry the ranting.im just frustrated.it happen with my 405 and the 610.

    I am sorry for the troubles. Your account indicates you were able to sync with the 610 today. If you continue to get repeated prompt to re-authorize your Connect account it is usually the result of a file left on the computer after syncing with Connect. Deleting the files should correct the issue. Please see the FAQ: Where do my activities go on the computer before they are uploaded to Garmin Connect? to delete the files.
