Due to errors from Garmin Express that caused GE to close immediately after starting the program on my laptop at work, I reinstalled Garmin Express from a download of the Garmin site (version 4.0.15.0). Now I have to create a new device in GE, so I connected my BMW Navigator V to my pc and tried to connect to GE. I get the message: Device found BMW Motorrad Navigator V - Garmin Express does not support this device. Use Garmin Map Updater.
What is going on? At home, older version of Garmin Express, I have no issues getting updates for my Nav V via GE.
