Garmin Express not Syncing to Garmin Connect

Hi,

I have a forerunner 610. I'm having problems getting data to sync to Garmin Connect. The FIT files are being downloaded from the device, but not appearing. As suggested on other forums by users with similar problems I've uninstalled Garmin Express, ensured all data files are deleted and re-installed with no affect. I've also upgraded firmware on the watch to the latest version. Garmin connect status indicates there no known problems with the web site. I don't know the structure of the log files, but it seems to indiate it found a file to upload but didn't upload it (to be clear I was originally trying to sync weeks of data - this is a test case).

Can someone tell me why Garmin is changing the download folder of the fit files in every garmin express update ??

Are you people bored at Garmin, or do one programmer not know what the other does ?
Your support is the worst as long as I have your watches but this folder changing is upsetting your customers for sure..

If you are up to date on Express, please contact support so we can review all of the logs and assist you further.
