vivosmart wont sync with app and i cant log into my account on garmin express

Brand new vivosmart just out of the box will pair with my lg g3 but wont "sync" with the garmin app and when i plug it into my computer it shows up fine but i cant log into my account with garmin express it tells me servers are unavailable. Help plz cant use it at all... Dont want to return it and go with a competitor:(
Good news! It was the servers because when i got up this morning and hooked it back up to my computer i could log into every thing fine and sync with the garmin connect app my problems :)
