I currently have version 4.0.5.0 and yesterday Express popped up a message to tell me there was an update to the software, to version 4.0.20.0 as I discovered. The problem is that the update via Express fails every single time, with the simple message "There was an error installing the update". The very first time I hit the install button, it did appear to download it but not install it, and now it gives me that message every time. Any idea what's wrong and how to solve the problem?
