Trouble syncing Garmin Express 4.0.20.0

I have a 310XT and am unable to sync anything other than activity data to my device. I have deleted the device, upgraded the software, rebooted my PC, and reinstalled the device (twice). It recognizes my device and syncs all activity data, but no other data. I'm trying to send a route to my device from Garmin Connect. I've also tried to send profile settings and workouts, but those won't sync either. Only run/workout activities will sync. I see a lot of people have had trouble with sync issues, but none of the solutions posted have worked.

I've been trying to do this for weeks and have done the delete-reinstall more times than I can count! Even with the newest software update, it's still not working.

    I just purchased a Vivosmart yesterday and having the same issue. Very frustrating. I've deleted/unpaired, reinstalled 3 times but it doesn't work. I can't get the HR sensor activation to show up on the band as it won't finish the sync process. Some data seems to be syncing and some of the bluetooth features work (like phone messages).

    Did you pair just with Connect and not your phone? I presume you checked Heart rate in the display settings of the vivosmart - right? Which phone? What happens when you sync? Do you get a green success bar at the end?
  • We are currently seeing these errors. I would suggest contacting support to see if what you are experiencing is what is happening.
