A friend of mine has recently bought a Forerunner 620 and is finding that his Windows 7 PC can't see the watch. Because of this Garmin Express also can't see the watch so he can't update the software, set up WiFi etc.
His USB ports are fine as a USB stick is instantly identified by his PC and the browsing folder is automatically opened, just like it should be when connecting the 620.
It's almost like his PC isn't associating the correct driver needed.
The cable and watch are fine as tested out on another PC.
Has anybody else had this same issue?
