Hi guys

First time posting had my Garmin Vivofit now for around 2months up and till recently its worked well with some small teething issues that can be forgiving. However I've now lost two activities when I've tried uploading on to Garmin express, 1st one was my circuit training session and again today when I lost my 2mile power walk (which was a experiment so was keen to see) I have spent hours trying to find a solution but just haven't being able to one.

I'm not much of a tech wizard but I'm using the PC version of Garmin express, with the 4.00 version. I don't sync with iPhone etc just the PC.

anyone know how to prevent activities being lost?

thanks in advanced!

P.s Garmin I wont be recommending the product to anyone! each day I have different problem.
  • Ever since Garmin "fixed" their Garmin Express" it's been crap! Open Express and click on the setting icon, the little gear in the very top right. Look at the bottom of the setting screen and click "Check for updates". I found that if there's an update my 910xt won't sync. AND, there's nothing about Express that warns you about an update. Edit: Don't know if that will work or not!

I finally got mine to equipment to connect and sync but there's no telling how long it will take. Most of the time it's right away. Sometimes I come back 3-4 hours later and my 910 still hasn't transferred data. Reboot everything, fight with it, check updates, fight with it, then all of a sudden it works.

If I needed a new multi sport watch right now. It would NOT be a Garmin because of the software BS!
