Garmin Express not installing

I have downloaded the latest Garmin Express.
It opens the window where you tick "I have read and agree to the T&C" (I ticked it)
Clicked on the Install button
And then it says "User cancelled installation" (I did not)

I restarted my computer and tried again.
Same thing!!!!

What now?
I can not install Garmin Express!!!!!

Please help... if possible.

Small little detail that is not said:
Right click on the install file and run it as administrator.
It work for me.

That's really nothing to do with Express but the way you have your PC set up. Express installs on my PCs without needing to right click the install file and run as administrator.
