GArmin Express/Connect - Will Not sync

My wife has an 810 which after hours of circuitous installing/uninstalling I now have working. My 800 will upload, will not download and is now failing to boot correctly. This software/process is extremely unintuitive and unreliable. I had an earlier Garmin bike device and I replaced that with what I expected to be something better - I will not be buying a fourth Garmin as they are more trouble than they are worth!
  • Please don't simply rant. It helps no one. If your 800 is failing to boot this points to an issue with the device itself. Perhaps if you post in the 800 forum explaining the problem folks may be able to help.
