My PC is a brand new PC running Windows 8.1 Pro
I have Administration privileges, and I have tried running the software (express.exe > Run as Administrator)
Downloaded the software yesterday so I presume it's the latest version (with the new UI)
The software runs once after installation but if I close down the application I get the error message again.
I have tried rebooting the PC
I have tried uninstall/install with no luck.
Finally I found a small application that found a lot of Garmin log-files and in generated zip file under the folder Logs\Express I found the following log file: ExpressLog_[2015-05-05]20.04.01.1069.log
