Need to re-login every time I want to download the routes in either GPX or TSC format

This is extremely frustrating

Every time I go to download these files I have to login and out again. Everything else works. Any clues. I have deleted a few cookies to see if this can help, but to no avail.
I use a Forerunner 620, but I don't think that is particularly relevant.

I would much much rather go back to Garmin Training Centre which can be used offline and although old fashioned does not cause any problems and also has no potential associated privacy issues compared to a web service.

Have you deleted that route and recreated it in Connect? If so, I would suggest contacting support.

Yes and it happens on multiple different routes as I run they get uploaded and then I download them for various other things.
What is the easiest way to take this to support?
