Hello -
I have an Edge 500 I use with Express 4.0.16. Since late March 2015 , Express will not upload anything to Connect.
I can sync with Training Center, upload to strava using the communicator plug in and I can use Connect's Import to upload the activity files directly from the Edge Activities folder. I have gone into ProgramData and deleted the Sync folder, to no avail. I tried deleting the device from Express and re-registering to no avail. So, I'm having no luck with getting Express to upload.
In attempting to look for answer in a post, I noticed in a similar post someone has version 4.0.19 and though I have gone into Express "Check for Updates to Express" my Express does not see anything newer than my 4.0.16.
On a side note: Express also tells me there are software updates for my device, version 3.30 (which is actually already installed on my Edge) and Time Zone Map and though I've gone through the update steps Connect still thinks these items are updates to install on my Edge.
Useful help toward successful automatic upload syncing would be appreciated. Thanks.
