Activity Uploads Not Working

Since Wednesday 29th April, my new activities will not upload to Garmin Connect. It looks like they have synced from my Forerunner 310XT to my PC, but then they will not upload or appear in Garmin Connect.

I have installed the latest version of Garmin Express 0.4.0.19.0, but still no joy.

When I try to sync a Workout from Garmin Connect to my device, I keep getting an Re-Authorisation issue. But still after entering my Username and Password, an error occurs and the Workout is not loaded to the device.

Any idea?

    Sorry about the trouble you are having. A possible workaround is to delete the sync folder located at "C:\ProgramData\GARMIN\CoreService\Devices\(unit ID folder)\Sync" and try again to see if this will correct the issue with getting the data to and from Connect.

    If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting product support for additional help.

  • I was having the same issue and that worked for me. In fact I keep having this issue and don't understand why.
