I was having sync problems with my Fenix 3 over Bluetooth and wifi so I tried to use the usb method. Garmin express didn't see my watch, so I removed it to add it back again. Now Garmin Express sees the watch, but it will not add it. I also tried to upload a screen shot, but keep getting an error. Some help would be appreciated.

Be sure to check the time zone setting even if the time appears correct.
I haven't had any luck with adding the device back to garmin express. It sees the device, but when I click on 'add device' nothing happens. Time zone is set to auto.
If you are not receiving an error message when trying to add the device back but also not making any progress with Express I would recommend contacting product support so we can take a closer look at the issue.
