Garmin Express and Garmin Connect sync issues

I've synced my 910xt watch with Garmin express yesterday but
the activity doesn't show up on Garmin connect.

Altho I've had sync issues between my watch and Garmin express before,
once the watch was synced the activity would usually show up automatically
on the web site. It's the first time in encounter a sync problem between the
Garmin express app and Connect.

    Are you still able to see the activity on the device itself? It seems like Express is indicating that the sync is complete but the activity is not showing up, is this correct?

    I would suggest switching the USB port that the ANT Stick is plugged in to, creating a test activity of about 30 seconds, and try syncing again to see if the original or the test activity goes through.

    If neither sync, you will need to contact product support for additional troubleshooting.
