Garmin Express stuck configurating the device 910 xt

I bought a 910xt on February. Everything was working well until early April.
At this time, Garmin connect didn't download any data from the device. So I uninstalled/installed Garmin Express, but it now stays stuck in early configuration mode, after connecting to my account and giving a name to the device.

Any advice?

    There maybe an issue with the device already being in the account. I would log into connect and perform the following:
    • Click the 3 lines in the upper left
    • Click devices
    • Click the gear icon
    • Click remove


    Once that is done I would suggest attempting to add the device back to Express after ensuring the date/time/timezone are correct on the computer.
