Export Workouts to F610 from SportTracks

I am using the Garmin Fitness plugin in SportTracks to create workouts, that I wish to export to my 610 via Garmin Express. I am able to create/export workouts to the 610 using Garmin Connect/Garmin Express, but prefer to use SportTracks. In order to accomplish this using SportTracks, I need to know the folder location on my PC (Windows 7) which is being used by GE when it syncs the workout download to the 610. The plan is to save a workout file from SportTracks to that location, after which GE will complete the export.
