I just got the S4 and when I try to install the Americas map in the Express tool I get an update failed message. I cannot get Express to download and install the software required to use the device.
I am sorry for the troubles. I checked the Approach S4 associated with your myGarmin account and there is no issue with the device entry in the database or the available updates.
