Can't Install Express Surface Pro Windows 8 Pro Intel i5

Just bought Edge 500 and FR 15. Really want to use them instead of trying to install software...

Download gets stuck on "Initializing" and progress bar does nothing. Tried re-opening browser, re-setting PC.

Please help. I was not born with the patience to buy $500 worth of gear and not be able to go out and play with it...

While on hold with customer service, it somehow installed perfectly. Go figure.
