I am sorry that you are having trouble installing Garmin Express. If you have an old version of Garmin Express installed, try uninstalling the old version from Programs & Features before installing the new version. If this does not solve the problem, I would recommend following the steps in the in the FAQ below even though you aren't receiving an error: Why do I receive a "Failed. Try again?" error message when installing Garmin Express on a PC?
