Temporary Problem with the Server

Hi,

When I attempt to log in to Garmin Connect through Garmin Express to sync my Forerunner 610 it says it can't as there's a temporary problem with the server. How long is this expected to last?

  • Currently, there are no reported server outages. Did this application work correctly with this device in the past? Make sure you are using the latest version of Garmin Express from this link: Garmin Express Download

    One thing that can cause this is an improper Date/Time/Time Zone set on your computer. Make sure that the clock is correct and set up in the correct time zone.

    I have the same problems since more than 10 days. All is fine in my computer, all software and drivers reinstalled. I've reported to Customers Service but the instructions I received doesn't work. The software Garmin Express fails and they cannot fix it. Inbelievable.

    Thanks very much for the advice, my time zone was incorrectly set as I've just moved time zones. Express working perfect now.
