Re installed garmin express question

Hi all im looking for help advice.
Long story short I was having trouble getting some workouts to sync with my computer so on advice I read on forum I deleted n reinstalled garmin express. I had 3-4 workouts on my watch n when I went to sync they never showed up on my garmin connect page. I tried force send n it spend an age transferring data n still no workouts on the connect page!

My patience with garmin is wearing thin. I've had on average this problem once a month n I'm not using it every day I naybe use it 3-4 times a week. It's very frustrating.

    Sorry to hear you are having any trouble. To better help you we will need some more information on your issue.

    • What type of device do you own?
    • When you did a Force send did even 1 activity transfer?
    • Did Express have any type of error message?
    • What Operating System do you have?
    • What version of Express are you using the current version is 4.0.17?
    • Please provide as much detail as possible so we may be able to better provide a solution

    If the data was failing to transfer to Connect check the following FAQs: Where do my activities go on the computer before they are uploaded to Garmin Connect? If your data is here try manually uploading to see if the data will transfer.

    If Express did transfer the data successfully it should be store on the computer. Why are activity files from my ANT device not being stored on my computer once I have uploaded them to Garmin Connect using Garmin Express?

    Since I am not sure what device you have just in case it's a mass storage mode device here is how to manually upload your data.

    anyway i done soem searching on the forum and got my problem fixed hopefully once and for all. thanks for your efforts though!!
