I seem to have a recurring problem when Garmin Express says I have synced but the data does not appear in my Garmin Connect account. If I then try to resync from Connect it says nothing to sync right now. I have tried forcing a send from the watch but it just keeps saying transferring Data and nothing happens. I can only stop it if I remove the ant stick. It is most frustrating! Normally if I then have another activity which subsequently downloads, this pushes the missing one through. This time it didn't work and I had to create a manual entry. Why does this happen?
